The day the tokens ran out, and the work did not stop.

Here is a small nightmare for anyone running AI in production. You are mid-project, and the provider you depend on hits a wall. Rate limit, outage, budget. Everything built on top of it stalls.

Most AI setups are welded to one model. Change the model and you lose the setup: the instructions, the context, the way it works.

We built OrgCortex so an agent is not the same thing as the engine it runs on. An agent has a durable identity: its system prompt, its memory, its working principles, its working directory. The runtime is just how that identity runs right now.

So you can switch. Claude Code to Codex to Gemini to Antigravity. The engine changes, the employee does not. Same instructions, same memory, same behavior, on a different runtime. If your Claude tokens run out, keep going on Codex without rebuilding anything.

You can also bring your own model through an Anthropic-compatible endpoint when you want control over which model runs.

The point is not any one provider. The point is that you are not trapped by one. Your AI workforce should outlive any single vendor’s bad day.
